- 4pcs potatoes
- 2 packs all-purpose breading mix 130g
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking oil, for deep frying
- Heat oil until 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Beat eggs and add 1/4 water.
- Clean and slice potatoes (round) put them on the egg-water mixture to soak.
- Coat potato slices in the all purpose breading.
- Deep fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain excess oil in a kitchen / paper towel.
- Transfer and serve in a plate with your preferred dressing.
