We went to Brgy. Sugod and Brgy. Maynonong. Tiwi known for Zero Casualty during disasters was shocked with what happened. They were not expecting a huge amount of rainfall in 2 days (500mm+) which is equivalent to a total rainfall amount in a month. The municipality is expecting now for a prolonged evacuation.
